We offer a creative list of events for you to participate in. Some events require no experience, others are offered only to Intermediate and Advanced riders. If you see something you are interested in, please contact us.

Shows are first pay gets reservation space. Riders must be taking two lessons per week and current with Lesson fees to show. Events

Equine Chiropractic

John Red Eagle provides chiropractic work on our horses regularly. Learn how chiropractic work can benefit your horse. Thank you to John for helping us rehabilitate our horses!

Equine Scavange Hunts
$150, must ride with PVHC. For intermediate and experienced riders, takes place in Santa Cruz. Find clues on a map with your team mate. First team back wins the prize.

Annual PVHC Barn Party

Holiday party rain or shine at the barn. Decorate the horse stalls, Elf chase, Equine I-spy game, Lunch (pizza), secret Santa and a holiday picture of you on your favorite horse to take home. Cost is $35 per person plus a $10 gift for Secret Santa. Stay with your child or drop off and do your Christmas shopping.

Natural Horsemanship Clinics

Michelle is trained in Natural Horsemanship and is willing to talk with you about her background. She also invites other Natural Horsemanship trainers to give clinics at PVHC. Alex, our new trainer, has experience with Parelli Level 2. We also bring in outside trainers from the area to demonstrate their particular focus with Natural Horsemanship, training both horse and rider to respect each other and communicate better. Learn how horses think and how to work with your horse the natural way.
